Where it started
Most medical practices rely on sporadic patient appointments. Rebooking rates can be inconsistent, and no-shows are a challenge for many clinics. Because of this, revenue can be irregular and unpredictable. We were approached by a specialist medical group in the Chronic Health space, with the challenge to increase monthly new patient appointments and grow revenue and profit for the business in a sustainable way.
What we did
We developed a subscription model that transitioned patients from single appointments to ongoing monthly care, facilitated prepaid appointments with doctors and allied care providers, and online support between visits. This increased treatment adherence, improved patient success and generated a reliable, recurring revenue stream in excess of 6-figures monthly, for the clinic.

How it’s going
Following significant growth in monthly recurring revenue, the clinic now has the resources to reinvest in additional doctors, medical equipment upgrades, further subscription program enhancements and new initiatives to continue to grow patient appointments and clinic revenue, and ultimately help more people on their journey to good health.
