Where it started
Buying a home is a challenge facing many Australians today, and complex loan products and lending processes can often prove overwhelming for borrowers. We were approached by a national mortgage broking company to launch a website that would increase people’s awareness of self-managed superannuation fund (SMSF) lending and create a steady stream of new leads – or borrowers – who are ready to buy.
What we did
We helped provide an alternative pathway to home ownership by educating buyers about how they can buy property using their superannuation, and introducing them to options to simplify the often complicated loan application process. We built a dedicated website for SMSF lending with information about eligibility, the loan application process, repayments and equity growth – enabling the brokerage to specialise in this creative and often misunderstood method of lending.
