Yes! If you have an existing website, we can host your payment links here for you (for example www.company.com/payment) or we can help set up a custom domain to host this instead. This will give you a secure, branded portal to collect payments – rather than shared software. And you can use this in future to build a full company website if you wish to.
You can accept all major payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, and all major credit cards. You can also set up both one-time payments and recurring monthly payments for subscriptions.
Any additional transaction fees (typically for credit card payments) can be on-charged to your customers, and added to their invoice as a credit card surcharge. You’ll have the option to either pass these fees on, or not, when setting up your account.
Yes! When you set up your account, you’ll nominate the BSB and Account Number that you would like all payments paid into. This can be a business bank account, personal bank account, or joint bank account. It’s up to you.
Deposits are made into your nominated bank account daily, so your money is always accessible. Or, you can choose to have all payments deposited in your nominated bank account on the same day each month, if you would prefer this for budgeting purposes.
Payment links are completely secure, and powered by Stripe. We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols to protect all transactions. Your customers’ payment information is protected, and only you have access to your account (via two-factor authentication) and payment data.
